How do I get started with a commission request ?

Why does an oil painting commission take 3-4 weeks to complete ?

Creating a personalized oil painting takes 3-4 weeks to ensure your artwork's quality. We allow time for planning, sketching, painting, drying between layers, and varnishing for a professional and lasting painting. We do offer expedited services if you need your painting sooner.

Why do you require a deposit?

We request a 50% deposit upfront to cover material costs and secure your spot in our schedule. This ensures we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to your project.

• Remaining Payment: The final 50% will be due upon completion and your approval of the finished artwork.

How does payment work?

Once we've discussed and finalized the details of your commission via the email form on our website, we will issue an invoice outlining the deposit amount, total project cost, and all agreed-upon details. The 50% deposit can be paid securely through the provided payment link.

After your artwork is completed and you have approved it, a second invoice will be sent for the remaining balance.

Wood Panel: A smooth, harder, and thicker surface ideal for sleek modern look. It offers a more solid, durable feel.
