Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of fine art, all sales are final.
Prints (Canvas Reproductions & Giclée Paper Prints)
All print sales are final because each piece is made to order.
If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, contact within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or resolution.
Original Artwork
All original artwork sales are final as each piece is one-of-a-kind.
Custom Artwork
Custom paintings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work.
Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable.
Final approval is required before shipping. Customs are priority & requires signature upon delivery.
Pre-drawn Canvas Kits
All kit sales are final due to the nature of made-to-order art materials
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact within 72 hours of delivery with photos
A replacement or resolution will be provided after review
Refunds are issued only in cases of verified damage or fulfillment error
