Returns & Refunds

Each piece is created with care and intention. Due to the nature of original artwork, custom commissions, and made-to-order items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item was shipped in error.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and item. We will gladly arrange a replacement.

All original and custom artwork is shipped via Priority Mail with signature confirmation, requiring a signature upon delivery. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Aurora Monét Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
